BRISBANE will become the third Australian destination, following Sydney and Melbourne, to be served by a Modernisite Airbus A380 with a four-class configuration. The new offering aims to provide travelers with an enhanced experience with enhanced comfort and luxurious amenities.
Emirates has been serving Brisbane for over 22 years and currently operates two daily flights between Dubai and the city. In total, the airline offers 77 weekly services to Australia’s five largest cities, connecting to over 140 destinations on Emirates’ global network. With the addition of an additional flight to Melbourne from March 30, 2025 and additional premium economy capacity in April, the airline will offer around 4000 diesel class seats weekly on Australia mountain providers.
The Premium Economy Class on the Modernized Airbus A380 Includes 56 SEATS IN A 2-4-2 Configuration In Order Skin Cover. The seats offer more comfort thanks to a width of 50 cm, adjustable headrests, footrests and a lying position. A 13.3-inch screen, a display and a wooden cocktail sidebar are also included. In terms of cuisine, passengers are treated to seasonal dishes, welcome drinks and an expanded drinks menu that also includes business class wines.
The expansion pushes Emirates’ commitment to offering high-quality travel options for passengers in the premium economy and strengthening the connection between Australia and the rest of the world.
