The ICAO Environmental Seminar took place on October 9th in the city of Caracas in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. The event was attended by Mr. Leonardo Blengini, President of CLAC, and Mr. Giovanni Tobar, expert and focal point of CLAC’s environmental macro task. “This seminar discussed key topics such as the Committee for the Protection of the Atmospheric Environment (CAEP) report on LTAG, fuel eligibility under CORSIA, strategies to enable the use of sustainable aviation fuels (SAF) and how we are working to achieve these goals can work together.” the maximum technological emission limit values (LTAG). Issues related to the ICAO ACT-SAF program, the benefits and opportunities it offers, and the necessary feasibility studies were also addressed.
