Münster/Osnabrück Airport opened a newly designed duty-free and catering area this week. This is around 600 square meters and is located immediately after the security check.
The previously separate areas of duty-free and gastronomy have been combined in an open and integrated concept with an attractive view of the apron. In addition to the classic travel needs, sunglasses, jewellery, spirits, confectionery and book and press articles, special attention was also paid to the presentation of products from the Westphalian region. There is also an extensive gastronomic offer including salads and hot dishes such as burgers, pasta and pizza. The popular frequent flyer lounge was reopened at the same time as the area was put into operation. In addition, there is now a new « Smoke & Vape area » in the waiting area.
