From October 22 to 24, 2023, Cancún, Mexico, hosted the nineteenth ALTA AGM & Airline Leaders Forum, the most important meeting of the aviation industry in Latin America. This event, organized by ALTA, was attended by 400 executives, including 40 presidents of well-known airlines. During the forum, important industry issues were addressed and the participation of CLAC President, Mr. Leonardo Blengini, in the forum was highlighted: “Sustainability path and LAC-SAF raw material potential Availability of LAC waste and biomass raw materials; new ways to optimize SAF production; Status of the decarbonization path and basket of measures to achieve the 2050 goals.”
